Garden Inn & Suites Pine Mountain

I was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay. I had read some negative reviews and none were correct. The new owner of this place has made a lot of changes and it was a perfect place for our trip. I highly recommend this place for solo and family travelers.

I loved staying at this place. Is it the place for you? Depends on what you are looking for. Here's why I liked it and would return. It is an older hotel, but being upgraded. I wanted an affordable place to stay while I was working in the area. The room was very clean and well taken care of. There are a couple of places to sit outside and eat or just relax. I loved that. The staff are exceptional! They were so nice and accommodating. I actually caught 2 acts of kindness they did quietly. One... there is a picnic table out front. Everyday, I went outside in the evening anbout the same time to sit there, watch a little bit of my show ion my phone, have a cup of coffee and relax. One evening, when I got there, someone in management had picked a rose from their bushes and left it on the table for me. It was very sweet. Two..They are replacing some room furniture and selling off the old furniture. I was taking a walk and saw that they GAVE a needy family some of the furniture for free. These are the kind of people I want to give my business too!

By far the BEST hotel experience you could have! Honestly it's not just a hotel, it feels like family. DK was AWESOME!! He's one call away for anything you need, always answers the phone, and will help you with anything!! He is so sweet and caring about his customers. He made sure everything was just right for me and my dogs and I had the best time chatting with him and becoming friends. It was clean, welcoming, and safe. The air conditioning was great, and DK made sure it was cold for me which I really like about my room! It's got such nice cozy feels, and the landscaping is really nice as well. It's not trashed like other hotels. DK really cares about the hotel and the upkeep which is a huge plus to me!! The beds are clean, no bugs, and I saw the cleaning people everyday going in and making sure the rooms were clean before they were available to people. It's got picnic tables, and the lights are so cozy too. I can't wait to come back!! I made the best memories!! 10/10 HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Edit: all the bad reviews from people years ago is from the old management of the old hotel before this newly managed one. So don't be deceived or count the old reviews as help. This hotel is updated and new now.

We stayed here for 3 days for a wedding and it's quite cozy, quiet and the rooms were clean and neat!! What I love about this place is how a lot of businesses are around it so everything is at walking distance!! Next time I visit Pine Mountain I know where to stay again!

Wow. If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. The rooms are perfect and DK who his the manager always treats me with such kindness , compassion and he truly goes the extra mile. For example when a friend dropped me off some gifts and some essential items. You know what D. K.did. He knew I had 3 cracked vertebrae in my spine from trying to carry in a zero gravity chair so I could barely walk. And he said Ann don't take another step we are family so he ran and picked up three small bags and rushed them to my room . He always is so kind to me bringing me clean towels a beautiful clean room that the maids fresh just for me. It was so nice having my bed all made up. And his brother is so very kind and a super hard worker but you know the Father is my favorite. He opens doors for me and honors and respects me anytime. I'm staying another 2 nights and I already stayed here last night. They are remolding all the rooms and are so clean. I love being here. Very peaceful and so relaxing. I live in Callaway estates but I just go here to visit and stay because I consider them family. Thank you Garden inn and suites for having the best list ever. Blessings Annette Lincoln ( Ann)

Overall, this place is just a wonderful place. When I come through, I always stay here . The hotel is beautiful destination staff is friendly overall just the best place to stay in Pine Mountain I will definitely stay here and keep coming back

Loved our stay. Went to Fantasy in Lights, and this was within a mile or two. DK (sp?) at the front desk was very attentive and personable. The cleaning staff, Lois and Brandy, were both super nice! It was comfortable, the room was clean, and everything worked. It was perfect for us, and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, just a block or two away. Would stay again!
